Mrs. Holliman's Aerobics begin again

The RHS Lady Titans will begin having aerobics workouts at Ridgeland High School beginning Wednesday, September 3rd. We will meet in the gym after school. If you have after school practice in another sport, go there. If not, we will see you in the gym. Olde Town students please bring a note to your office so that you may ride the bus over to the high school. If you are riding over with a parent, you will not need the note. When you arrive you may change clothes into your workout gear by using the girls' basketball locker room. We will be finished with aerobics around 4:30.
